Built for tube mills where speed, traceability, and process stability matter.
TPS supports TIG, Plasma, HFI, ERW, HFW, resistance butt welding, Laser, MAG, and MIG processes across steel, stainless steel, copper, brass, bronze, titanium, nickel, and other metal alloys. From 1.5 mm precision tubes to large profiles, the system is designed for direct production-line integration.

As of January 1, 2026, the ThermoProfileScanner business unit begins a new chapter: the division transfers from HKS Prozesstechnik GmbH to Tube Mill Control GmbH, based in Halle.

Minister President Sven Schulze visited Tube Mill Control’s future headquarters at Technologiepark Weinberg. From January 2027, the new site will become home to TMC’s office, workshop and production facilities.
