Built for tube mills where speed, traceability, and process stability matter.
TPS supports TIG, Plasma, HFI, ERW, HFW, resistance butt welding, Laser, MAG, and MIG processes across steel, stainless steel, copper, brass, bronze, titanium, nickel, and other metal alloys. From 1.5 mm precision tubes to large profiles, the system is designed for direct production-line integration.

Successful On-Site Demonstration at a Major Tube Mill
Tube Mill Control successfully demonstrated its monitoring technology at another major tube mill under real production conditions. The on-site test confirmed the practical reliability of the ThermoProfileScanner and marked another important step in bringing advanced inline weld seam monitoring into industrial use.
