ThermoProfileScanner

High-performance technology takes a new path.

As of January 1, 2026, the ThermoProfileScanner business unit begins a new chapter: the division transfers from HKS Prozesstechnik GmbH to Tube Mill Control GmbH, based in Halle.

For existing customers, partners, and future users, this step primarily means one thing: stability, continuity, and new perspectives.

Continuity with a clear vision for the future

The owner of HKS Prozesstechnik GmbH, the international industrial group ESAB, together with HKS, has deliberately structured the succession to ensure that technology, expertise, and customer relationships are not only preserved but strategically further developed.

  • Safeguarding leading ThermoProfileScanner technology
  • Preserving accumulated expert knowledge
  • Strengthening innovation power for future generations of thermographic quality monitoring

Reliable service, now and in the future

For existing customers, nothing changes in day-to-day operations except the forward-looking perspective. Service, spare parts supply, project support, and technical assistance remain fully guaranteed.

The close and cooperative relationship between HKS Prozesstechnik GmbH and Tube Mill Control GmbH continues beyond the transition. With the support of the ESAB Group, a professional, stable, and long-term secure succession solution has been established.

A transition that builds trust

The change is not a break, but an evolution. It safeguards achievements while creating space for what lies ahead.

For existing customers, this means reliability, familiar contacts, and technical excellence. For future customers, it means a focused organization with a clear vision and deep expertise in thermographic quality monitoring.
