My system is not being recognized. What can I do?

Power down all connected system components at the same time for at least 30 seconds, then restart the setup. This resolves many recognition issues before deeper diagnostics are needed.

How can I check the sensor connection?

Open the input monitor on the system PC, actuate the sensor, and check whether the displayed value changes. If it does not, inspect the sensor wiring, hardware connection, and power supply.

Data streams are interrupted or missing. What can I do?

Industrial electromagnetic interference can disturb wireless connections. For stable operation, switch the affected connection to LAN and document when the interruption first occurred.

What information should I include in a technical ticket?

Include system type, serial number, installed software version, a clear problem description, time of first occurrence, reproducibility, and relevant logs, screenshots, measurement data, photos, or videos.
